Analysis Output Manager

*Although this role is remote first, there is the expectation that you would be able to work from their Basingstoke office one to two days per week*.

Our client is a market-leading provider of risk management and intelligence services who deliver analysis and risk assessment products to a range of clients, combining human analysis with technical capabilities.  This role will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of analysis outputs to clients. You will operate between the analysis team and stakeholders, supporting the production, review, and delivery of analytical products. Those outputs could include:

• Analyst updates
• Situation reports
• Intelligence reports
• Client-facing written material

Responsibilities

Analysis Production & Review

• Review and edit analysis outputs for accuracy, consistency, and clarity
• Ensure outputs meet defined quality and formatting standards
• Maintain consistency across analytical products

Process & Delivery

• Support the delivery of analysis outputs to required timelines
• Contribute to the smooth operation of the analysis production process
• Work with senior analysis leadership on output standards and delivery

Analysis & Research

• Conduct research using open-source intelligence (OSINT) methods
• Analyse aviation security risks using publicly available information and tools
• Monitor geopolitical and security developments relevant to aviation

Content & External Engagement

• Contribute to written outputs including articles, case studies, and reports
• Support presentations, webinars, and external communications
• Contribute to marketing-related content where required

Client & Internal Support

• Support discussions with clients on analysis outputs
• Provide feedback to analysts on written work
• Work with product and internal teams on analysis-related initiatives

Experience & Skills

• Experience in editorial, journalism, or analytical roles
• Experience in security, or geopolitical risk (or related areas)
• Ability to analyse information and produce structured written outputs
• Experience using open-source research tools and techniques
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
