Corporate Security Manager, North & West Africa.

A leading international organisation is seeking an experienced Corporate Security Manager to lead security operations and risk management initiatives across North and West Africa. Based in Casablanca, this is a high-impact regional role for a security professional who combines operational credibility with strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.

You will play a central role in protecting people, operations, assets, and reputation across a complex and fast-moving regional environment. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, external agencies, and market stakeholders while shaping security strategy and crisis preparedness across multiple territories.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Regional Corporate Security Director, you will act as the key security lead for the North & West Africa cluster. The role requires a hands-on operator capable of assessing regional threats, implementing robust security frameworks, and supporting business continuity in dynamic operating environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regional risk and threat assessments across multiple markets
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices
• Lead crisis management preparation, response planning, and incident coordination
• Deliver security awareness initiatives, exercises, and emergency drills
• Manage corporate investigations, audits, due diligence, and background screening processes
• Build and maintain relationships with law enforcement, intelligence bodies, and external security partners
• Support senior leadership with strategic security advice and operational guidance
• Promote continuous improvement across all security and resilience activities
• Maintain accurate reporting, intelligence, and security documentation

Candidate Profile

Requirements

• Experience within military, law enforcement, intelligence, or corporate security environments
• Previous regional security experience across North and/or West Africa is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of crisis management, investigations, and physical security
• Knowledge of local security legislation and geopolitical dynamics across the region
• Fluent English and French essential; Arabic strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and capable of operating independently
• Comfortable engaging with senior executives, government agencies, and external partners
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
