Manager, Security Governance
We are looking to identify candidates for a Manager, Security Governance for a global organisation operating across multiple international markets. This is a unique opportunity to take on a highly visible, cross-functional role that sits at the centre of governance and risk.
Based in Dublin, you will play a critical role in ensuring governance frameworks are effective, embedded, and continuously improving in a complex global environment.
The role
You will help design, implement, and continuously improve governance frameworks across a broad operational function, ensuring policies, standards, and processes are consistently applied and effective.
Key responsibilities
· Support and enhance governance frameworks, ensuring policies, standards, and procedures are current, compliant, and consistently applied
· Develop and maintain processes to track compliance, including training and policy adherence
· Maintain visibility through dashboards, reporting, and audit readiness
· Conduct periodic audits to assess adherence to standards and identify gaps
· Partner with internal audit teams and stakeholders across the business
· Identify weaknesses in existing frameworks and implement practical, scalable improvements
· Support the rollout of new tools, processes, and governance initiatives across multiple teams
· Contribute to broader risk and insider threat programmes where relevant
Candidate profile
