Vice President - Global Sales
A high-growth enterprise SaaS company is seeking a dynamic and strategic VP Global Sales to lead and expand global revenue operations. This executive will drive accelerated ARR growth across international markets, build a world-class sales organisation, and serve as a core member of the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Leadership
- Actively contribute to company-wide strategic decisions with commercial insight.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and peers, influencing partnerships, acquisitions, and market expansion.
- Own and deliver the ARR target, presenting performance to executive leadership and the board.
- Help shape the company’s culture, collaborating across product and customer success to elevate the customer value proposition.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Define, develop, and execute the global go-to-market strategy.
- Build a scalable sales team structure and lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of account executives.
- Implement sales methodologies, tools and processes to ensure repeatable success.
- Drive YoY ARR growth from new business; oversee performance management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop collateral and sales enablement resources, and feed into sales budgeting.
Cross-Functional Partnerships
- Partner closely with marketing, account management, product, and engineering to align GTM efforts.
- Support MQL generation, event planning, strategic account upselling, and market-informed product innovation.
- Lead or contribute to bid reviews and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Essential
- Senior sales leader with experience as a VP Sales (or equivalent).
- Proven track record scaling ARR in enterprise software from growth-stage to scale.
- Demonstrated success building sales organizations from the ground up, including systems, processes, and team.
- International experience, especially in UK, North America, and EMEA.
Desirable
- Experience selling to CSOs, CISOs, or Chief Resilience Officers.
- Background in enterprise industrial sectors (e.g., oil & gas) is a plus.
- Relevant network in corporate security, risk, and resilience sectors.
