Senior Regional Security Manager, Americas

A leading global organisation is seeking a Senior Regional Security Manager – Americas to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a modern, enterprise-level physical security and risk management programme across North and South America. The successful candidate will oversee multi-country security operations, manage vendors and service delivery, and act as the primary regional advisor to senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for assessing current maturity, implementing improvements across policy, operations, and technology, and leading incident response and risk management activity. This role requires a balance of hands-on delivery and strategic influence, with the ability to translate risk into clear, actionable outcomes for the business.

We are looking for an experienced security professional with a strong track record in regional or multi-site leadership roles, ideally within a complex or regulated environment. You will bring excellent stakeholder engagement skills, sound judgement, and the confidence to operate autonomously while driving meaningful change. Experience across Latin America, including cultural awareness and language capability, is highly advantageous.
