Security Manager - Hong Kong

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Manager to support our multinational client's retail businesses in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of security personnel, coordinating investigations, and implementing policies and strategies that protect company assets and ensure a secure working environment.

You will speak fluent Cantonese and English and be keen to bring your investigative qualities to the fore, with some demonstrable experience gained in the private sector - it doesn't have to be within retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and coordinate investigations and manage all cases relating to fraud, corruption, and loss within the Hong Kong businesses.

• Develop and implement security strategies and policies to safeguard company assets and facilities.

• Lead and manage a team of security personnel across retail operations.

• Conduct security assessments and audits to mitigate risk and loss.

• Compile and deliver training on security, shrinkage, anti-bribery, and corruption to strengthen employee awareness and compliance.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local law enforcement agencies.

• Work collaboratively with retail stakeholders to provide predictive analysis and practical solutions to emerging risks.
