Your Mission

You will lead on the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of technical security operations. This includes developing strategy, selecting and introducing technologies, managing system performance, and collaborating with regional teams to harmonize practices and elevate standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute group-level strategy for technical security operations.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging security technologies and global trends.
• Assess, test, and recommend advanced tools and innovations for centralized operations (e.g., SOC, access control, CCTV, alarm systems).
• Guide and support regional technical teams in aligning with corporate security standards.
• Oversee maintenance planning and operational life cycle of security assets.
• Provide expert support during investigations, leveraging security system data analytics.
• Collaborate with regional security leads to ensure best practice implementation.

What You Bring

• Significant experience in technical security operations gained in-country, ideally with multinational exposure
• Deep knowledge of Controlled Access, IP/Analogue Recording Systems, Alarm Systems, and IT Security Infrastructure.
• Proficiency with tools such as SAP, SharePoint, and operating systems.
• Exceptional Hungarian and English communication skills (negotiation level required).
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• A valid driving license and willingness to travel.
